The Apprentice journey: Paid Trainee Stage
Our boutique model is built around a small team to facilitate direct communications, increase exposure, remove barriers, and appreciate the unique signature of each individual.
The Ace Apprentice journey is divided into four strategic phases, starting with a paid trainee program followed by progressive paths on your career and entrepreneurship journey.
Throughout the paid trainee apprentice program, you will:
Practice investment package preparation for fundraising submissions to investors and financial institutions
Acquire practical skillsets on analyzing private companies through the impact of economic cycles, industry trends, and domestic versus international landscapes
Build a track record of projects
Shadow the Ace team on selected deal-making tasks
Access tailored 1-to-1 mentorship to ask any questions, practice, and nurture skills
The program is designed using an open dialogue to tailor content, timeframe, and development stages aligned with your goals and progressive performance.
Following a successful trainee program, the next stage unlocks:
Full time position
Sponsorship for a development program of your choice (such as CFA or other programs)

Meanwhile, below are the preferred criteria for eligibility:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering, CFA Level 1
Language: English, with additional preference to any of the following additional languages: Arabic, French, Spanish, and German
Skills: Financial Analysis, Problem solving, Basic use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Character: Passionate learner, Curious, Eager for continuous self-development
Location: Remote
Work Experience: No previous investment banking experience required
